We have the capabilities within the back end of our service to switch between different large language models according to results. Each of the core models are supplemented with our proprietary knowledge base to target industry-specific results which facilitate response generation which is more granular or specific to our client base than the large language models’ broad-based training. This knowledge base is also paired with our custom reporting tools to produce structured data output for users of our service after each call.
The broad base of training data for the large language models is extensive, so accurately listing an exhaustive list of results is quite frankly, impossible. The proprietary knowledge library has focused upon European, North American and APAC regulations as well as supporting guidance documentation.
